Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 72 hours), exchange orders will be processed and delivered as per our shipping timelines. Refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method, though they may take up to 15 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return is completed.
Sale Items
Please note that refunds are not available for items purchased during sale periods. However, we’re happy to assist with exchange requests or any other queries to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Return Exclusions and Conditions
- Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- All items, including complimentary ones, must be returned in unused, undamaged, unwrinkled, and resellable condition, along with the original packing slip.

Return Shipping and Custom Orders

- For custom orders, our team reviews your measurements (including height and weight) and may suggest adjustments. If you choose to proceed with your original measurements, we will follow your request. However, if this results in fitting issues, returns or refunds will not be entertained.
Custom Order Refunds
Refunds are not available for custom orders, as these items are made specifically for you, based on your chosen details such as style, material, and accessories. Custom items cannot be resold.
